At Freeiranstore, we take pride in offering high-quality, ethically produced clothing, accessories, and home & living products in support of a free Iran. Our store offers merchandise designed to express solidarity, freedom, and support for the Iranian people. Since all of our products are made on demand, we do not offer returns, exchanges, order modifications, or cancellations unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.

1. No Order Modifications or Cancellations
1.1 All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason.
1.2 Since our products are custom-made for each customer, we do not hold inventory or stock, which means every order is sent into production immediately.
1.3 Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping address, before placing an order. We cannot make changes after the order has been submitted.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect. We encourage customers to review sizing charts, product descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order.
2.2 We do not offer returns or refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.
Incorrect sizing due to customer error (please check size charts before purchasing).
Minor color variations due to screen differences.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
2.3 If an item does not meet your expectations due to an issue with production or quality, please refer to our Damaged or Incorrect Items section below.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
3.1 If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@freeiranstore.com with the following information:
Your order number.
A clear photo of the item showing the defect or issue.
A description of the problem.
3.2 Once we review your request, we will provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed. We may require you to return the defective item before issuing a replacement, in which case we will cover the shipping cost.
4. Refunds
4.1 When are refunds issued?
If an item is defective or incorrect and a replacement is not possible.
If Freeiranstore cancels an order due to an issue on our end.
4.2 Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Once approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4.3 No refunds will be issued for:
Orders that were successfully delivered without defects.
Orders delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).
Customer mistakes in sizing or product selection.
5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
5.1 Freeiranstore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.
5.2 Freeiranstore does not offer replacements or refunds for lost packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost in transit, customers are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider.
5.3 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Exchanges
6.1 Since all items are made on demand, we do not offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
6.2 If you believe you received the wrong size or product due to an error on our part, please contact us at info@freeiranstore.com with proof, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
