At Freeiranstore, we are committed to providing high-quality, made-on-demand clothing, accessories, and home & living products in support of a free Iran. Our merchandise is created to express solidarity, freedom, and support for the Iranian people. Since all of our items are made on demand, shipping times may vary depending on production, destination, and carrier services.

Below, you will find detailed information regarding our shipping process, estimated delivery times, shipping rates, and policies regarding lost or delayed packages.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

1.1 Made-to-Order Production:

Each item is printed and produced upon order, helping reduce overproduction and waste while ensuring quality results.

Orders go into production immediately after purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

1.2 Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Some products may ship as early as 2 days after purchase, while others may require additional processing time.

During peak seasons, such as major holidays or sales, processing times may extend slightly.

1.3 Production Locations:

Orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on the product type and destination.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments from different warehouses.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

2.1 Shipping Times:

Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and carrier service selected at checkout. Below are general delivery estimates.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Estimated Shipping Times:

United States: 2–10 business days

Canada: 2–10 business days

Europe (EU): 2–10 business days

United Kingdom: 2–10 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 2–10 business days

Israel: 4–10 business days

Rest of the World: 4–20 business days

Note: Shipping times do not include processing time. Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, postal services, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

2.2 Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Expedited orders receive priority processing but are still subject to production time.

2.3 International Shipping Considerations:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with local customs regulations in their country.

Some countries may impose import taxes, customs duties, or VAT, which are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

3.1 Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs vary based on order size, weight, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

3.2 Free Shipping Policy:

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (for example, $250). If available, the free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

4.1 Lost Packages in Transit:

If a package is lost by the shipping carrier before being marked as delivered, the customer must file a claim with the carrier.

Freeiranstore is not responsible for lost packages in transit.

4.2 Stolen Packages (Marked as Delivered):

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but is missing, Freeiranstore is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

Customers should check with their local post office, neighbors, or building management before contacting the carrier for a claim.

4.3 Shipping Delays:

Delays due to holidays, weather, customs processing, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

If a package is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

4.4 Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Freeiranstore does not provide refunds for orders returned due to address errors.

5. Tracking & Delivery Updates

5.1 Tracking Information:

Once an order ships, customers receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier's system.

5.2 Partial Shipments:

If an order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages due to fulfillment location differences.

Each package will have a separate tracking number.

5.3 Delivery Confirmation:

Orders are considered successfully delivered when the carrier marks them as "Delivered."

Freeiranstore is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

6. Restricted Shipping Locations

6.1 Countries We Do Not Ship To:

For logistical and security reasons, Freeiranstore does not ship to certain countries. If a country is not available at checkout, shipping is unfortunately not possible.

6.2 Military & PO Box Addresses:

Some shipping services do not support PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Customers should check with their local postal service for availability.
